Harvest Service
The traditional seasonal service to be held at St. Giles' Church.
Public meeting on future of the garage site, Drayton Road
A further short meeting will be held in the Village Hall between 6.45 pm and 7.15 pm on Wednesday 4 October 2023, ahead of the Parish Council's main meeting, to discuss the progress of planning a community project that can build some suitable dwellings on the ex-garage site at Drayton Road.
All interested members of the parish are welcome to attend.

Senior's Lunch Club
How the club runs:-
- We ask that you confirm you are attending by the previous Friday, as we collect the shopping on the Monday/Tuesday, so it is helpful know the numbers by then.
- You can ring Mike on 01858 565377 or 07720 133233 or Gail on 01858 565430 and if not in please leave a message.
- There is no joining fee and the dinners cost £5 for a main meal, dessert and tea/coffee.
- If anyone would like to join the club please contact either by phone or email equestrians@btinternet.com and we can forward a registration form.
Halloween Harvest and Pumpkin Competition
To be held at the Sports Club.
- Bar open
- Competition for the best childrens’ Halloween costumes
- Apple bobbing
- Hot dogs
- Produce competition- pumpkins, breads, chutneys, vegetables, cakes and spirits.

All proceeds in aid of church funds.
